DAP strongman Lim Kit Siang has vented his frustration on Twitter regarding the much anticipated Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on illegal immigrants in Sabah.

The tech-savvy veteran politician was vexed that there is no online version of the 376-page report released today.

“Apparently, our chief secretary (to the government Ali Hamsa) has never heard of simultaneous release in era of IT.

“What a shame! Is the report available online?” he said in a Twitter post.

“Bad reflection on chief secretary if he messes up on release of report. Why can't big man even do small things well?” he added.

According to a press statement issued by the Home Ministry today, the report will on sale beginning tomorrow from 9am to 4pm.

“The report is in two versions, that is Bahasa Malaysia and English, and it will cost RM100 a copy.”

Kota Kinabalu MP barred

It said that the report can be obtained from the Sabah Federal Secretary Office at the Prime Minister’s Department and the Home Ministry’s One Stop Centre in Putrajaya.

In another posting, the Gelang Patah MP expressed disappointment that the report would only be on sale to the public tomorrow.

“Why the mess after six months doing nothing since May 14?” he tweeted.

Lim also revealed on Twitter that DAP’s Kota Kinabalu MP Jimmy Wong ( left ) had complained that he was barred from attending the press conference on the unveiling of the report.

The report was released in Kota Kinabalu this afternoon.
