Two months after the Court of Appeal struck out the appeal of P Balasubramaniam widow, she is continuing to apply to reinstate her RM1.9 million suit against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, his wife Rosmah Mansor and seven others to be reinstated by the Federal Court.

This is the final chance for A Santamil Selvi and her two children to have a go at reinstating her suit and for her case to be heard fully, after the High Court in Kuala Lumpur and the Court of Appeal struck it out, without it being given the light of day for a full hearing in open court.

Santamil’s lawyer Americk Sidhu confirmed this with Malaysiakini when contacted, saying that the case management of her appeal has been fixed to be heard by the Federal Court  on July 6...
