BN will announce its candidate for the Sungai Besar parliamentary by-election on Friday and not on Saturday as reported earlier.

Selangor BN secretary Johan Abdul Aziz said this in a statement today.

He said the announcement of candidate's name would be done simultaneously with the launch of BN machinery at 8pm at the BN Command Centre for Sungai Besar by-election in Pasir Panjang, Sungai Besar.

Meanwhile, PAS also announced that the party would announce the name of its candidate for the by-election on Friday.
