The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) may apply to extend the remand for Johor state exco Abd Latif Bandi, according to his lawyer Abdul Rahim Ali.

The exco's seven-day remand in connection with an investigation involving the alleged conversion of bumiputera property titles for kickbacks will expire tomorrow.
