PM: Isa Samad willingly resigned as FGV head

Newly appointed Land Public Transport Commission (Spad) chairperson Isa Abdul Samad has willingly resigned from his previous post as Felda Global Ventures Bhd (FGV) chairperson, Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak said today.

“I can confirm that I have discussed with Isa this morning.

“We had an in-depth discussion about the future of FGV and therefore he willingly resigned from his post as chairperson, which means he will be replaced with Sulaiman Mahbob as acting chairperson,” said Najib during a press conference in Putrajaya today...
