Sabah Progressive Party (Sapp) in welcoming Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak's announcement of 'a massive operation' to flush out illegal immigrants in Sabah, reiterated that nothing less than “a comprehensive approach” is needed to effectively address the problem.
