On March 4, I received a phone call from the Finance Ministry, asking me to create a report for the 2009 Budget. The topic of the report was ‘User's perspective on the state of public transportation - suggestions on how to improve it’. This report was presented to the Finance Ministry on April 7 and short-listed for discussion.
