The 7th Lang International Corporate Titan Awards (LICTA) was held at EQ Kuala Lumpur on 5 of December 2025, bringing together royal dignitaries, national leaders, government agencies and leaders of the business community for an evening recognising outstanding enterprises and industry leadership.

The 7th Lang International Corporate Titan Awards (LICTA) ceremony was attended by His Excellency TYT Tun Seri Setia Dr. Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, Governor of Melaka; YB Senator Dato’ Awang Bemee Awang Ali Basah, President of the Senate; and His Royal Highness YAM Dato’ Seri Diraja Syed Razlan Ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail. Also present were YB Senator Datuk Wira Dr. Mohd Hatta Md Ramli, several YB Senators and Members of Parliament, YBhg. Datuk Abd Shukor Mahmood, Senior Deputy Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Department, and YBhg. TPj. Kehormat (PA) Dato’ Zulfikri Osman, Director General of MARA and numerous heads of national agencies.

Top Management from national agencies including BOMBA, CIDB, HRD Corp, MATRADE, MIDA and TalentCorp were also present. Their attendance further highlighted LICTA’s role as a platform that links government and industry.

The event was jointly organised by the Malaysia Game Changer Foundation, incorporated under the Prime Minister’s Department, and Koperasi Pembangunan Usahawan Global Berhad, registered under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development. The theme, “Resilience · Renewal · Rise”, reflects the determination of Malaysian enterprises to strengthen their foundations, pursue renewal and progress amid a period marked by global and economic volatility.

New Award Categories at the 7th Lang International Corporate Titan Awards (LICTA)

This year’s Lang International Corporate Titan Awards (LICTA) ceremony also introduced two new categories: the Outstanding Potential Award (OPA) and the Executive Vanguard Leadership Award (EVLA).

The Outstanding Potential Award (OPA) recognises enterprises with strong foundations, emerging capability and the spirit of tomorrow’s titan. The Executive Vanguard Leadership Award (EVLA) recognises leaders for visionary leadership and transformative organisational impact.

These two new categories further reflect the deeper meaning of this year’s theme, “Resilience · Renewal · Rise”.

Honouring National Agencies for Their Impact on Enterprise Development and Community Well-Being

The Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (JBPM) received this year’s Special Contribution Award for its exceptional service to communities, particularly its critical role in national security, public protection and emergency response.

The Director of the Fire and Rescue Operation Division (JBPM) received the award on behalf of the Director General.

In addition, the Sahabat Entrepreneur – Accelerator award was presented to several government agencies for their contributions to Malaysia’s entrepreneurial development. This year’s recognised agencies were the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) and Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp).
