Does Lingam tape case 'key witness' really exist?

I refer to the Malaysiakini report Lingam tape: 'Tell us who's the key witness' .

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nazri Abdul Aziz's comment that LG Jayanthi Naidu is not the key witness in tye Lingam tape probe stunned every Malaysian who is eagerly following the episode.

So, who is the key witness?

All he said was that it was a man and not a woman and that he has left the country. So why was Interpol not contacted to locate this key witness?

Until and unless he reveals the identity of this person, nobody will know whether he actually exists at all.

Maybe, he doesn't and this comment from the minister is just a red herring to divert the attention of every Malaysian from Jayanthi's revelations.

Take note that Nazri did not say that he will reopen VK Lingam's case or investigate the revelations by Jayanthi that she had been ordered by Lingam on three occasions to withdraw cash of between RM100,000 and RM300,000 to be gift-wrapped and delivered to individual judges.

She was also aware that in a few incidents, Lingam himself had written draft judgments or had other lawyers assisting him.

Surely any rational person will say that these highly critical revelations by Jayanthi deserved to be investigated and the culprits, whether Lingam, the judges and other lawyers involved, need to be brought to court.
