Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia has challenged DAP lawmaker Lim Lip Eng not to attend parliament proceedings when he is chairing them.

He said the Segambut MP should do so if he refused to recognise the position of a speaker appointed under Article 57(1) (a) of the Federal Constitution.
