Amanah leaders to declare their assets
Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) has decided its party leaders will declare their assets in stages, said party deputy president Salahuddin Ayub.
"It is not a problem for us, I think we should do it," he said when met at the Amanah convention held in Shah Alam today.
"Amanah had discussed the matter yesterday at our meeting and we are going to declare stage by stage, from up to the bottom," he said.

Beside the leadership, the parliamentarians and state assemblypersons will also declare, he said.
Amanah vice-president Mujahid Yusof Rawa had declared his assets two days ago.
He revealed that his bank balance was below RM7,000.
Mujahid thanked PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli who mooted the idea, when he said elected representatives and those who held high posts in the government should declare their assets.
When asked about the asset declaration, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu, who approved of the move, jokingly said he personally has no asset to be declared.
