Guan Eng scores early win ahead of trial

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng scored an early victory in his corruption case after succeeding in having Section 62 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act declared unconstitutional, which would have required him to submit his defence statement to the prosecution even before the trial commences.

Communications and Multimedia Salleh Said Keruak instructed the creator of the movie 'The Malay Regiment' to delete a scene in its trailer that was deemed disparaging towards DAP.
