Up to 40 percent of the recommendations made by Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the death of Teoh Beng Hock have been implemented by the government.

This is according to the former RCI chairperson James Foong, when he was asked if he was satisfied with the actions since the commission published its report in 2011.
