The High Court in Kuala Lumpur today dismissed an application made by Dr Mahathir Mohamad to recuse Justice Azizah Nawawi from hearing his challenge over the findings of last year's royal commission of inquiry into Bank Negara's currency exchange losses in the 1990s.
