The Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed Oct 11 to hear Rosmah Mansor's application to strike out the suit by Lebanese jeweller Global Royalty SAL for the return of 44 pieces of jewellery loaned to the wife of former premier Najib Abdul Razak.
