Gobind invokes Section 233 to curb inflammatory temple talk

Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo said the government will enforce Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA) if it concerns national security and racial harmony.

Gobind's statement came after Amanah Youth criticised the government for allegedly being "too soft" on inflammatory comments on social media following the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple riots in Seafield, Subang Jaya...
