Dissolve BN, let MCA seek new partners: MCA Youth
MCA AGM | MCA Youth has called for the party to push for the dissolution of BN thus allowing it to look for partners who share a common ideology to form a new coalition.

MCA AGM | MCA Youth has called for the party to push for the dissolution of BN thus allowing it to look for partners who share a common ideology to form a new coalition.
Its chief Nicole Wong said this was the stand MCA Youth took after a closed-door discussion at the wing's annual general assembly held in Kuala Lumpur today.
"The Youth wing suggests the dissolution of BN and for MCA to seek out new partners," she said, adding that MCA should not cooperate with political parties which practised extremism.
Wong, however, remained mum when asked if MCA would accept Umno and PAS as its new partners.
"I don't want to state which party we are going to reject or accept," she said.

Pressed further, she said, "The Chinese could vote for PAS. You can ask the Chinese if they ever voted PAS after being persuaded to do so."
"So, there is room for us to discuss (about our future partners). Don't bind us now," she said.
MCA will have to move for the disbandment of BN as opposed to quitting it as the Chinese-based party is one of three founding members of the Alliance, she noted.
'We have a deep affection for BN. The other parties who exited BN were not core members which formed the Alliance so their bond is not so deep," she said.
