Penang exco's service centre struck by racist graffiti

Penang executive councillor Chong Eng's service centre in Bukit Mertajam has had racist and vulgar words sprayed on its front door.

When contacted, Chong said she did not know who the perpetrator was but estimated that the act was committed before 9am today, when the graffiti was discovered...
