Covid-19: 11 new cases in S'wak, 8 from Miri
CORONAVIRUS | Sarawak has detected 11 new cases of Covid-19 infection, bringing the total number in the state to 20.
According to the Sarawak Disaster Relief Management Committee, eight cases were detected in Miri alone.

According to the Sarawak Disaster Relief Management Committee, eight cases were detected in Miri alone.
The eight patients were linked to the religious gathering in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur between Feb 27 and March 1.
The three other new cases were detected in Kuching, Sarikei and Bintulu respectively.
"We appeal to those who had attended the religious event in Sri Petaling to report themselves to the nearest government hospital or health office immediately," said the committee in a statement.
The committee also advised the public to postpone any events involving more than 50 people.
Meanwhile, in Putrajaya, the Health Ministry is attempting to conduct health screening on all 14,500 Malaysians who attended the Sri Petaling gathering.
A number of foreigners, including Singaporeans and Bruneians, who attended the event have brought the virus back to their respective countries.
