Selayang enhanced MCO food issues to be resolved today
The government will ensure that food distribution problems under the enhanced movement control order (MCO) in Pusat Bandar Utara, Kuala Lumpur will be resolved today.
This assurance was given by Senior Minister (security cluster) Ismail Sabri Yaakob following a National Security Council meeting today.

"Food distribution did take place. Maybe some were left out," he said during his daily press briefing today.
He said the government will supply dry food for Malaysian residents there and those who need additional items should approach the government's operations centre in the area.
"If residents need other necessities such as milk or diapers, contact the operations centre.
"Every enhanced MCO area has an operations centre," he said.
On whether those with health problems will be allowed access to caregivers, Ismail said the affected residents should negotiate terms with operations centre staff.
He said the operations centre was manned by personnel from the Health Ministry, police and Social Welfare Department.
The enhanced MCO was enforced in the wee hours of April 20 which saw the area surrounding the Selayang wholesale market - a transit hub for much of the Klang Valley's food supply - being cordoned off with 10-foot high barbed wire.
Following this, there have been video clips making their way out of the area, purportedly of residents claiming that they are without any food.
Batu MP P Prabakaran, too, has claimed that he had received many complaints of the same nature
