Tuan Ibrahim urges states to follow Pahang in promoting use of Jawi

PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man has urged other states to follow Pahang which promoted the use of Jawi by making it compulsory to use the script on signboards in the state.

"PAS supports the Pahang state government's action to restore Jawi writing as one of the essences of the country's culture. History shows that agreements during the colonial era and before that were written in Jawi," he said...
