Kuala Lumpur police have completed their investigations on the case involving Annuar Musa who purportedly flouted the movement control order's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Kuala Lumpur police chief Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said they have submitted the investigation paper (IP) to the Bukit Aman police headquarters for further instructions.
