Najib in hospital after contracting Covid-19
Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak has been admitted to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital after contracting Covid-19.

Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak has been admitted to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital after contracting Covid-19.
His aide Muhammad Mukhlis Maghribi said in a statement that Najib was taken to the hospital after experiencing a fever.
Mukhlis said Najib was in stable condition and undergoing quarantine.
Najib is serving a 12-year jail sentence at the Kajang prison. He was found guilty of corruption, criminal breach of trust and money laundering involving RM42 million from state-owned SRC International Sdn Bhd.
His family has expressed gratitude to the prison and hospital staff for their prompt response in ensuring Najib received treatment, Mukhlis added.
Treatment confidential
Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa confirmed with reporters that Najib was in hospital.
However, she declined to reveal more details.
"What happened, what treatment, and what illness is very confidential.
"I cannot disclose it here. That's all I can say," she said when asked about the matter during a press conference in Parliament today.

I wonder if any other prison inmates who contract covid whilst in prison get transferred to a general hospital for treatment ???? if this is not the case then why is he getting this special treatment. This is the Man who will be known for all time as a national embarrassment to Malaysia, as a liar and a thief.
