Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has expressed his eagerness to return to his duties and give his best in fulfilling his responsibilities.

In a post on Facebook, Zahid, currently on a rest period after undergoing recent surgery, thanked Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for visiting him before attending the Rural Entrepreneurs Carnival in Putrajaya today.

“May this bond of brotherhood continue and bring goodness together for the people and the country,” said Zahid, who is also the rural and regional development minister.

On Sunday (Nov 19), Zahid’s daughter Nurul Hidayah said her father’s health condition was good after undergoing a surgical procedure.
