Umno has filed an originating summons seeking a court declaration to transfer ownership of a 9,723 sq m parcel of land in the capital to the party.

Umno’s executive secretary Sumali Reduan, through Messrs Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak, initiated the action at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on March 6, naming the Registrar of the Federal Territory Land and Mines Office as the defendant.
