MCA president Wee Ka Siong has delivered his latest salvo against the Higher Education Ministry, with the lawmaker questioning the figures cited by the ministry in its statement addressing grievances on STPM top scorer Edward Wong.

In particular, Wee highlighted that while the statement yesterday claimed Universiti Malaya (UM) only offers 85 places for its accounting programme, official data from the nation’s top university on the number of its graduates casts doubt on the figure.
