Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak presents the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V the royal address during officiation of the 2017 session of Parliament.

The ruler had expressed concern over corruption and the leaking of classified information by present and former civil servants. He warned that this had eroded public confidence in civil service.
