KINILENS | Vehicles were stranded in a flash flood along the Federal Highway at Bukit Raja junction in Shah Alam following heavy rain and thunderstorm in the Klang Valley last night.

Several houses in Jalan Mohd Yamin in Klang were also inundated following the downpour.

The Malaysian Meteorological Department government agency has forecast thunderstorms and heavy rain during the inter-monsoon period starting from the end of September until approximately end-October.
