I refer to the letter Federal Court didn't deny Joy her right . Letter after letter seems to ignore or deliberately eschew the truth and consequences of Lina Joy going to Syariah Court.

Will this court allow her to leave 'Islam' as she wants without any criminal sanctions? Dr Mohamed Rafick Khan in his letter said, 'follow the procedure. Go to the Syariah courts then wait for a reply'.

Wait to be imprisoned and denied of justice?

See what happened in the Revati case and others who went to the Syariah courts. They were detained in a rehabilitation centre and had to give up their children. There seems to be no justice served compared to the civil court, though the latter is questionable now.

To those who are encouraging Joy to go to the Syariah courts, do you sincerely believe that she will walk free from the courts without facing the same consequences that Revati and others did? Please do justice by stating the truth.
