Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) general surgeon Dr Mohd Razali Ibrahim told the court in the Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial that while he was examining complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan’s anal region, he noticed the rectum region was empty.
