In a move to win over Orang Asli communities who are tipped by some experts to be the real kingmakers of the by-election in the Kelantanese state assembly seat, Kelantan MB Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat today reiterated the state government’s stand that it will issue land titles to Orang Asli soon.
