said that instead of finding a solution, Lim Guan Eng continued to blame the federal government, which had allocated RM5 million for the project before 2008.
"However, we all know that the implementation and approval of the building plan was done in 2008 (after Pakatan Rakyat won the state)," Yam told a press conference the state assembly building today.
Lim is Air Putih assemblyperson, the constituency where the car park is located, and also chairs the Penang Development Corporation (PDC), which is implemented the project.
If it could, therefore, the BN would move for RM1 be deducted from each of Lim's three sources of salary for his inability to resolve the problems.
An additional RM1 would be slashed from his salary because of his 'lies' in responding to questions about the car park, and RM1 more if he failed to find solutions to the problem soon.

could not plead ignorance, Yam urged him to comply with his principles of competency, accountability and transparency in governance.
Local residents have complained about illegal parking, especially during holiday seasons, she said, as the area is popular with tourists.
She also said the BN disagreed with Kebun Bunga assemblyperson Jason Ong, who has suggested that the multui-storey building be demolished.
"Who will account for the RM5 million spent on building the car park?" asked Yam, the BN coordinator for Pulau Tikus.
In September, the state government formed a special committee to investigate problems linked to the car park, which critics have described as only fit to hold Perodua Kancil cars.
In an immediate response, Lim said the report on the car park would be out in two weeks.
He also announced the resignation of Rosli Jaafar as consultancy chief in a company under the PDC, but said this was not related to the controversy.
‘Lie after lie’
At the same press conference, MCA Bukit Bendera chief Tan Hiap Seng said the project was a good idea but that its implementation was suspect.

Another MCA representative, Tan Khai Beng, condemned Lim for "lying" in the state's official mouthpiece Buletin Mutiara that the project had nothing to do with him.
Lim also lied in saying he was not chief minister “in 2007" when the project was mooted, when it is public knowledge that it was implemented in 2008, said Tan.
"How can he tell lie after lie, especially in the state's own media? This newspaper is circulated to all Penangites... another RM1 should be deducted for these lies," he said.
Nibong Tebal MP Tan Tee Beng has lodged a report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, saying that Lim should be held accountable for the project.
