PKR strategy director Rafizi Ramli will fly to Hong Kong tomorrow to appeal to the city's Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) to reopen its investigation into the RM40 million 'political donation' involving Sabah Chief Minister Musa Aman and businessman Michael Chia.
