Penang PAS deputy commissioner Mohd Fadzil Kemi will be filing a suit against the state government for unfair dismissal after the Hari Raya holidays.

He claimed that the move was to protect his dignity, and PAS’ image as the decision to terminate him by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has “tarnished” his reputation, and those of his comrades.
