Penang state exco Phee Phoon Boh has accused the previous BN government of squandering a possible RM80 million in savings, in the construction of the Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP) headquarters.

Apparently a few years ago, the state’s executive council under then chief minister Dr koh Tsu Koon ordered the RM80 million construction of the headquarters in Bandar Baru Perda, Bukit Mertajam.
