Skinville Solutions: Redefining luxury skincare without the aesthetic price tag
In a world where we are constantly on the go, juggling work, social life, and everything in between, our skin often reflects that pace - the late nights, the stress, and the skipped routines.
That is why prioritising healthy skin matters more than ever. Ultimately, investing in your skin is not just a routine; it is a long-term relationship with yourself.
It is this growing shift in mindset that Skinville Solution Sdn Bhd is tapping into. Carving out a niche between aesthetic treatments and accessible daily care, the brand is redefining what effective skincare can look like.
Fadullah Izham Bin Leman founded the company in 2023 after noticing a clear disconnect in the market.
He observed a generation of skincare enthusiasts caught between ineffective high-street solutions and the thousand-ringgit barrier of clinical treatments and set out to build the middle ground.
Clinical quality at an affordable price

Skinville Solution’s core appeal lies in its ability to deliver clinical-grade skincare at accessible prices through its flagship brand, JardinPeau. Drawing on nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Fadullah Izham spent months studying aesthetic clinics and personally undergoing costly treatments to understand what makes professional skincare effective.
“We saw a clear gap in the market. Consumers want results similar to clinical treatments, but in a form that is affordable, accessible, and easy to use at home,” he said.
This insight led to the development of a product line designed to deliver visible, high-impact results without the premium price tag typically associated with clinical procedures.
“For us, it is not just about selling a product; it is about creating something that customers see as a long-term investment in their skin,” he added.
Positioned with a younger audience in mind, Skinville Solution resonates strongly with Gen Z consumers, who view skincare as part of their identity and daily routine.
“Gen Z is highly aware of what they use. They seek effective, responsibly made, and accessible products a space Skinville Solution is purposefully positioned in,” he said.
The brand also caters to baby boomers. As Malaysia’s population ages, demand is growing for wellness-driven, reliable skincare. To meet this need, Skinville Solution offers potent anti-ageing formulations tailored to more mature consumers.
The power of the 3Ps

Currently, Skinville Solution adopts a minimalist approach, similar to tech giants like Apple, by focusing on a small range of hero products rather than maintaining a cluttered product catalogue.
Its current line-up includes the Advanced Multi-Essential Spray, a portable 5-in-1 essence; potent ampoules designed to deliver higher efficacy than standard serums; and SkinFit PRO, a hybrid product that combines cosmetic loose powder with skincare benefits, infused with cellular energy technology.
Skinville Solution is also gearing up for expansion, with five new products set to launch this month.
Moving away from generalised 5-in-1 solutions, the new range will focus on targeted treatments addressing specific concerns such as acne, brightening, pigmentation, and anti-ageing.
The company’s direction is guided by Fadullah Izham’s 3Ps methodology, a structured approach that prioritises effective talent deployment, targeted product development, and sustainable margins supported by disciplined cost control.
He emphasised that leadership ultimately revolves around people, noting that building trust and inspiration begins with putting employees first.
“In my company, people always come first. To inspire them, I need to show strong leadership,” he said.
He added that placing individuals in roles that match their strengths is critical to performance and long-term success.
“You can have someone great at speaking or design, but if you put them in operations, they will struggle. You need to understand each person’s core strength and place them in the right role,” he explained.
Beyond structure, he highlighted the importance of cultivating a positive work culture where employees feel valued and accountable.
“A strong team must be happy, have a sense of ownership, and continuously strive for improvement. They need to take ownership of their work, be patient with the process, and always look for ways to improve,” he added.
On product strategy, he said the company adopts a focused and disciplined approach.
“We follow a ‘clean table’ methodology, where we focus on a few niche products and ensure they are the best,” he said, adding that the goal is not to compete broadly, but to build strong hero products.
Crossing borders: neighbouring markets
Skinville Solution is quickly outgrowing its status as a local player, demonstrating that Malaysian innovation has a place on the global stage.
Having already secured a foothold in the sophisticated Singaporean market where consumers demand sleek, international-grade aesthetics paired with proven results, the brand is now setting its sights on the rest of Southeast Asia.
With Indonesia on the immediate horizon and strategic discussions underway in Thailand and Vietnam, Skinville Solution is transitioning from a homegrown brand into a regional contender.
This expansion requires more than strong products; it demands a deep understanding of diverse consumer mindsets across Southeast Asia.
“Every border we cross brings a new mindset,” Fadullah Izham explained. “In Malaysia, the conversation is centred on value. In Singapore, it is about international prestige and clinical efficacy. Indonesia presents vast opportunities, but success depends on precision. Consumers are price-sensitive, yet willing to invest if we hit the right balance for example, offering a focused 30ml bottle instead of the standard 50ml.”
Digital dominance and IPO ambitions
While TikTok is its fastest-growing platform due to its rapid expansion in Southeast Asia, Skinville Solution is not relying on a single channel. The company also utilises Shopee, Lazada, Meta, and Agent2U to reach consumers directly and maintain stability.
By participating in the SME 100 Awards, Skinville Solution aimed for more than recognition; it sought to strengthen its foundation of stability and corporate credibility.
This effort culminated in the company being named a winner at the Malaysia SME100 Awards 2025, further validating its position as an emerging leader in the skincare industry.
Looking ahead, Fadullah Izham is focused on being IPO-ready.
“To sustain in a challenging environment, you must have access to capital markets,” he said. “Being IPO-ready is not just about going public, it is about having the financial discipline and transparency that attract strong bankers and investors, similar to the rapid expansion seen in brands like Zus Coffee and Oriental Kopitiam.”
A word to fellow SMEs
Fadullah Izham’s philosophy for sustainable growth is straightforward: think long-term and execute with data.
He emphasised the importance of planning at least five years ahead, rather than focusing solely on short-term gains, as part of building a sustainable growth strategy.
For entrepreneurs looking to scale, he offers three key pieces of advice:
“Think five years ahead. Do not just plan for next month; build a long-term strategy,” he said. “Know your numbers. Understand your COGS (cost of goods sold) and factor in platform fees, such as TikTok’s 20 per cent commission, before pricing. Embrace data. Use AI and digital tools early to understand consumer behaviour better.”
