1) 600-bed general hospital building; or

2) 382,767 sq ft primary school building; or

3) 343,404 sq ft secondary school building; or

4) 45 international standard size swimming pools including changing and social facilities; or

5) 63 school standard swimming pools including changing facilities; or

6) 184,457 sq ft sports hall including changing and social facilities; or

7) 165,115 sq ft national museum including full air-conditioning and standby generator.

Still want to go ahead with the golf course? Beats me...
