In Malaysian's letter, ' PAS is not the Almighty's rep ', there is a beautiful yet simple fact: human, divine intervention or not, wrote all those religious references books - al-Quran, Bible, Gita, etc. So universal is this fact that so many choose not to see it.

The err in being human supports further Malaysian's observation that these hallowed books will inevitably rise to different interpretations. Simply because those making the interpretations are ourselves just mere humans, ensuring a not-so-divine interpretation however divinely inspired those writings may have once been.

And so, PAS in its right to religious pronouncements on any subjects under the heavens must have watchful appreciation of how other varied viewpoints can so easily arise from the very same subjects. Accumulative attrition in this manner will rob PAS its religious grandstanding, if not now, later.

In playing political mastery with BN, PAS has a winning option though: be factual, use universal values to cut across all humankind regardless of religious preferences. The instance of clothe sense could have garnered converts had the Malaysian climate been related to the dressing sense the basic safety needs of hygiene to protection right through the highest level of human realisation as in beautification.

PAS could have capitalised on this further by contrasting the use of dark coloured police uniform never mind if they are on foot patrol under the blazing tropical sun in our country. None of the BN well-oiled propaganda machineries will ever tide over simple truths and universal facts.

Notwithstanding, and on the risk of being presumptuous, PAS' option in its steadfast belief to being the Almighty's rep in Malaysia is to go basics: keep its religious pronouncements confined to followers only. Therein a 100 percent support.

To PAS I say either pray religiously or play politics. No Jack mastering trades here; less lesser truth will incur divine wrath, and perhaps banishment to hell. But by then PAS would probably love the political games so much hell is heaven. Isn't hell where all politicians (Note: Not statesmen) go?
