Did or did not YB Nga post ‘Duit Raya’ Facebook posting?

Some people have come of age but others just create blunder after blunder.

The empirical evidence has shown that the ‘Duit Raya’ posting by YB Nga Kor Ming was shared on his Facebook fan page with a staggering 440,000 likes. Tens of thousands would have stumbled upon what he shared. The same posting was even shared on his Facebook account.

His party colleague YB Teresa Kok even came to his defence that politicians and businessmen should appreciate some humour or else it would be plain boring if jokes are not allowed (Free Malaysia Today, July 10, 2016).

Now he is crying foul that someone is out to sabotage him and DAP in the most despicable campaign. In an unprecedented tragedy, YB Nga’s fan page was deactivated last night.

Rocket’s inconsistent clarifications crashes

Interesting questions should be posed to YB Nga.

  • Does this mean that YB Teresa Kok is wrong or just joking when she said, “Politicians and businessman should appreciate humour or it would be boring?”

  • Is YB Teresa Kok wrong to defend YB Nga or was she merely joking?

The goalposts have been consistently shifted to meet YB Nga’s agenda. Investigation should not be focused only on who supposedly hacked into his Facebook account as he claims but rather the inconsistency in his statements and YB Teresa Kok’s statements as she mentioned, “DAP leaders had questioned Nga over the post in a ‘chat group’ and that he had explained it was all a ‘misunderstanding’.”

Such uncalled-for mixed explanations during such a grandeur festive season.

So people will then see who has come of age.
