DAP should mind their own business rather than making speculations on the recent appointment of Hishammuddin Hussein as Minister with Special Functions in the Prime Minister’s Department. The prime minister has the right to make such appointment at anytime necessary to strategise and further to strengthen the ministries.

Why is the opposition, ie DAP and PKR, so perturbed with Hishammuddin’s appointment? Lim Kit Siang should stop analysing this appointment and start strategising on how DAP and PKR will be retaining Penang and Selangor in GE14.

Lim Kit Siang should elucidate the enigma surrounding DAP Penang issues, ie the tunnel project which till date has not took off despite spending RM308 million on consultancy fees. The alleged corruption involving his son who had been charged but is resolutely holding on to the position of chief minister (CM), reclaimed land issues which are still outstanding, all of these have been indistinct to the public.

DAP should answer some of this allegation surrounding them instead of interfering into Hishammuddin’s appointment. I have only mentioned few issues here, there are many more affairs over which the DAP government should come out clean.

The recent guidelines of the prayer places for non-Muslims was never an issue before 2008, although it was suspended after tabling in the Selangor Dewan Undangan Negeri, how could this senior DAP leader (YB Teng Chang Khim) make such a faux pas? Why have none of the DAP members commented on this matter? So these DAP lawmakers will only jump and inculpate BN regardless of the content of the matter?

Lim Kit Siang has no audacity to even talk about the prime minister and Umno/BN because in the DAP and Pakatan, the so-called superhero isn’t doing anything or has no guts to ask his son to step down despite being charged with corruption.

DAP has lost the people’s trust, they do not have the candor and accountability among them and on top of that, he has got the cheek to comment about Umno/BN which portrays his chauvinist and bigoted views. Lim Kit Siang has lost his credibility to comment on this issues and should look into how they are going to win GE14.

DAP is just creating friction among the public and now he is making a statement on Hishammuddin clearly depicting that he is instigating fellow Umno members.

Lim Kit Siang knows very well that GE14 is nearing, and since DAP and PKR are losing their grip he is comforting himself and his members by making such statement to perplex the public.
