The Sarawak state election is already underway and in most areas there is a straight fight between with the Barisan Nasional and the opposition.

The people in Sarawak need to realise that to make the current government accountable, they need to give the opposition a bigger mandate and only the people of Sarawak can do that.

The bigger the opposition, the greater the say will be for the people. Up to now, the government under Taib Mahmud has been exploiting the people and the people in Sarawak have not really seen much improvement although he has ruled Sarawak for 25 years.

The only thing that we have seen is that he and his cronies have been creating tremendous wealth. Let stop all this and get a leader who can bring greater progress.

Look at Kelantan, although with the opposition, the central government has been promising and creating policies that have benefitted the people of Kelantan. Why not for Sarawak too even if it is ruled by the opposition?

This will give the Barisan Nasional the wake-up call they need and force them to realise that they need to have reliable and efficient leaders.

I urge the people of Sarawak to use their votes to vote the opposition in. Do not be carried away by the statements of the BN. Only you can deliver.
