I refer to the malaysiakini report Chan dodges questions on PKFZ scandal .

I'm sure, true to Malaysian style, the ACA will step in, do a thorough investigation and find all those involved in the PKFZ scandal clear of any corrupt practice. Maybe the AG's office would be glad to make the announcement to the 'rakyat'.

The BN government, under the supposedly caring PM who founded Islam Hadhari, must without excuse justify and explain the failure and subsequent ballooning of cost which led to the failed PKFZ project.

There are many Malaysians who struggle each blooming day to make ends meet, living off a mere RM900, trying to feed the family and put the children through school. There are some, like me, who are medium-wage earners who look at all these bailouts with utter disgust.

We work hard, conduct honest businesses, pay our taxes and what happens? We watch the government blow it on a bailout for a failed project like this.

The government of the day under the leadership of Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has no more credibility. If he tries to cover this up rather than bringing to justice those who have sought to enrich themselves and their family members, then he is no better than his predecessor.

The Attorney-General's Chambers and the ACA must investigate this PKFZ matter throughly. If there is no investigation and no justice, then the BN government must go.
