Former DAP MP and lawyer Karpal Singh has been summoned to the Dang Wangi police station tonight. DAP publicity secretary Ronnie Liu told malaysiakini that Karpal was expected to be charged with sedition. "It could be because of something he said in court," said Liu. Karpal is a defence lawyer in Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial. Malaysiakini has also learnt from reliable sources that a number of Opposition members in KeADILan and PAS could be picked up tonight. It is believed that among those on the list are KeADILan vice president Chang Tian Chua and Youth chief Mohamed Ezam Mohd Noor.
