Alam Flora Sdn Bhd has stopped providing public place cleaning and solid waste collection in Selangor since yesterday.

This follows the decision of the state government to take over these services.

“Alam Flora respects the decision. We hope to given the opportunity in the future to provide these services to the people of Selangor,” it said in a statement.

All queries on such matters should now be forwarded the local authorities in their respective areas, it said.
