Former Selangor state executive councillor Hasan Ali says he does not need to meet face-to-face with those in his former party PAS to debate the matter of "parasites" in the political organisation.

"The need does not present itself," he told reporters at a press conference in Shah Alam this evening.

Speaking after launching his pro Malay-Islam NGO Jati, Hasan said the matter already was something self-evident to those who could see this.

NONE He said those who wanted to learn more about the rot that is now deep-seated in PAS could read his postings at the Selamatkan_PAS blog hosted on Blogspot.com.

“Enough has been said there. It has already become polemic.

“Parasites in PAS are now nearly 70 percent, those who are secularly educated. Previously, it was 70 percent ulama,” he lamented.

Hasan was expelled from the party after being accused of going against the official party line on several major issues.

However, he attributed the accusations against him to the influence of “parasites” in the party who were sidelining him.

Hasan has since been trumpeting the “parasites” issue, vowing to expose them and save PAS from outside.
