A deviant sect founded by Ariffin Mohamad (Ayah Pin) called the Sky Kingdom is believed to have been revived at Kumpung Batu 13 in Hulu Besut, Terengganu.

“The village development and security committee (JKKK) has been instructed to monitor and take stern action if they believe the cult is being revived,” JHEAT commissioner Mohd Rozali Salleh is quoted by the daily as saying.

Rozali also said the population growth in Kampung Batu 13 was also due to migration by people from outside the state and not due to the Sky Kingdom.
