A 26-year-old Indonesian restaurant helper told the Sessions Court yesterday she had sex with her boyfriend after three policemen raped her and forced her to perform oral sex on them.

She said she and her boyfriend had sex after two policemen sent her home to Taman Inderawasih in a patrol car and she only went to the police station to lodge a report after that.

She testified that she removed the same panties she was wearing before being raped by the policemen and used it to wipe off her boyfriend’s semen after having sex with him.

She was replying to questions from Deputy Public Prosecutor Suhaimi Ibrahim during a three-hour proceeding.

Constable Syahiran Romli, 21, Corporal Nik Sin Mat Lazin, 33, and Constable Remmy Anak Dara, 25, pleaded not guilty to raping and forcing the woman to perform oral sex on them at Room 4 of the Prai police station barracks between 6.40am and 7.30am on Nov 9 last year.

The woman said two policemen in a patrol car blocked a taxi she and her boyfriend were in near the Megamall Pinang shopping complex in Prai at about 6.20am and demanded to see her passport.

The policemen asked them to follow them to the station after she failed to produce her original passport.

She said a commotion ensued between her boyfriend and the policemen, which resulted in the policemen handcuffing him.

“I was taken in a patrol car to the police station in Prai and the second accused asked me whether I wanted to go into the lock-up or settle the matter," she said.

“I asked him how much money he wanted and he replied hundreds of thousands. I told him I don't have any money, that I merely have my body. He then said I need to entertain four policemen in the station."

She said the three policemen then took her to the barracks where they took turns to rape her and forced her to perform oral sex.

Among the packed gallery were a MetroTV crew from Jakarta, Indonesian embassy and consulate representatives and an Interpol officer from Jakarta.

Counsel RSN Rayer represented the first and second accused, and Rosli Abdul Rahman represented the third accused, while counsel Rosli Ismail held a watching brief for the Indonesian consulate.
