In the two years since the Act came into force, being the first day of 2012 to be exact, the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) has done a fine job of investigating anti-competitive practices.

Many of the cases investigated by MyCC involve price-fixing, that is, where two or more entities collude to set prices to the detriment of free market activity. But MyCC also investigates cases involving abuse of dominant market position and sharing of markets, among others.

Today, Tiger wishes to pen a formal complaint to MyCC on a matter that could result in anti-competitive outcomes in the aviation market.
