Gerakan's notice of motion to challenge the constitutionality of hudud law in Kelantan will be heard at the Federal Court on Oct 15.

Besides this, the apex court has also fixed ‎Sept 17 to hear the Attorney-General's Chambers application to intervene in the motion.
