No need for five names, Sirul, one will do

YOURSAY | 'Who cares about those who want you to implicate Najib? We just want the one who ordered you to kill.'

Permit me to pre-empt your 'expose', Sirul

Vijay47: To put it mildly, Americk Sidhu, what an excellent analysis and listing of the numerous questions the world has been asking former police commando Sirul Azhar Umar to answer.

Your legal repute and expertise, sir, is so evident in each question you posed, which by themselves are their own answers. As I write this, I have to force myself to refrain from using the choice of words that Sirul deserves. I am not at all qualified to raise any further question, Mr Sidhu. You have asked them all, and more.

Sirul has the expletive-deleted audacity to threaten or boast that he will soon reveal the identities of those who tried to "coax or bribe" him.

Nobody cares another expletive-deleted hoot who the five are, and I hope and am sure that his refusal to reveal the truth about who gave him the deadly orders will see that Australia ensures he rots in a detention cell. That should come as good practice for him, since he equally certainly will rot in hell.

The Mask: Who cares about the five persons who wanted you to implicate Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak? We just want the one person who ordered you to kill Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu.

One name only.

Anonymous_1375151044: Quote from Sirul Azhar Umar in court: "After urinating, she saw the weapon that I was holding. I saw that she was in a state of fear and she pleaded not to kill her and said she was expecting. At the same time, Azilah wrestled the woman to the ground and I could see she had fallen and was unconscious. I opened fire towards the left side of the woman's head."

Yet few days ago, Sirul, in a video, said she wasn't expecting. It's obvious Sirul has become a pawn in a big chess game. Don't blink. You might lose.

Hplooi: Very well said, Americk. In my opinion, these exposés orchestrated by Sirul's handler will in fact, add fuel to the fire. They could have just let things lie low. But no. What is really intriguing is the response (or lack of) of the Australian authorities.

PM: Excellent information leading us to more questions. Thank you, Americk.

Senyum Kambeng: That Sirul could have access to the outside world and continues with his crime by covering up for his paymasters does not speak well of the Australian authorities.

Even refugees detained there are not allowed the liberties Sirul is enjoying. Canberra should be very suspicious of the very large amount of money incurred in Sirul's case as everyone knows he is in a position to pay his expenses.

Makes you wonder why the Australian government has not hauled up Sirul and his well-connected lawyers to ask them to explain.

Negarawan: Americk, thank you for putting the record straight. One can surmise that Azilah Hadri is also currently well taken care of by the same party. It's probably part and parcel of the deal since the beginning of the Altantuya case.

It can be expected that both murderers, Sirul and Azilah, will eventually be pardoned and live happily ever after with ill-gotten "donations".

On the series of videos from Sirul, the Aussie authorities need to investigate if any of the officers in the Villawood detention centre had been given an illicit "donation" to allow the filming to take place.

Wg321: Even if he is granted a pardon with a handsome reward in exchange for saying some kind words about Najib, Sirul will live in shame forever, if he comes back to Malaysia as a free man.

Before he fled to Australia, his mother had already said all the folk in her village looked at her in a strange and silent way. If nobody ordered him to shoot Altantuya, then why did he shoot her?

He did not even know her. In fact, he thought Altantuya was a Chinese lady. A hired killer must have a paymaster. If Sirul wants to clean his soul, he must tell the truth.

Abasir: Thanks for laying it all out, Americk. For your information, the Immigration boys here in Canberra do monitor the goings-on in what is obviously a cover-up as elaborate and as well-funded as the one still underway with 1MDB. As such, the details you have so cogently provided will guide the final decision.

Legit: Thank you, Americk, for enlightening us on these legal issues. Knowing what Bolehland can do, this Sirul fella's sentence may be commuted to life imprisonment or may be even pardoned and voila, he will be back in Malaysia a free man and living a luxurious life.

Angel: What is the use of you praying five times a day? And then kill a woman who had never harmed you. You, yourself, do not know why you killed her.

6th Generation Immigrant: It is indeed a godsend that someone is carrying the torch for the dastardly act to be transparently and judicially resolved without politicking. Thank you, Americk.

On another note, since these two killers have already been found guilty and sentenced to death legally (not that it may occur soon), for accepting "instructions to terminate an unarmed female foreigner, and apparently legally" very little has been heard from the police, IGP, home minister, prime minister, defence minister, Home Ministry, Parliament, etc, to prevent such episodes from happening again.

Is it solving related episodes one step at a time or are all these people in the know what actually happened in this episode? There could be many more Siruls and Azilahs running wild even now if nothing is done.

It also appears that as a country, no one is repenting that the episode actually occurred. It makes our country's laws look silly right now - bodyguards for the VIPs kill people on instructions from the top.

Anonymous_1408265047: This is an accurate and insightful article that puts the spotlight squarely on the pertinent facts of the matter and exposes the lies of most of the people involved in this matter.

The only matter not covered in this article, and it is a minor matter, is the evidence of he being ordered to commit the crime. Who had the power to order Sirul to commit the crime?

Any evidence pertaining to this was deemed unnecessary to be presented to the court.

James TCLow: Interesting article from a highly regarded and fearless lawyer. He is certainly privy to a lot more information that we, the ordinary rakyat, have no access to. With his profound knowledge of the law and his learned mind, he has asked many pertinent questions that the world would want to know. Yes, Sirul, who gave you the order to pull the trigger on that woman?

RM2.6 billion turkey haram: Australia must not give this murderer a visa if he does not reveal the one ordering the kill. If he could kill once, what is going to stop him a second time? A merciless killer he is, killing a helpless poor lady in cold blood.

Australia must not take him in.
